Who we are, how we choose the contractors who work on your roof, and what you can hold us to.
Colorado Springs Roof Co. is a locally run roofing service for Colorado Springs, El Paso County and Woodland Park. We take the call, send someone to inspect, write the scope and price, pull the permit and see the job through to the final inspection. The roofing itself is done by independent local contractors we work with, each registered with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and insured. Why a roofing company here needs to be different
Few places in the country see as much damaging hail as the Front Range. Add freeze-thaw winters, a sun that is harsher at six thousand feet, and downslope winds that peel shingles, and a roof here has a harder life than it would in most cities. We built the way we work around that: inspections that look for hail bruising, quotes that always show an impact-rated option, and ice and water shield at every eave.

Price before work
Repairs are priced on the roof before anything is removed. Replacements get an itemized written estimate.
Permits pulled
Reroofs and major repairs go through PPRBD. We never suggest skipping a permit.
Your deductible is yours
On insurance jobs we document, and the deductible stays with you.

Our calls come from every corner of the region: retirees in Briargate, young families in Falcon, cabin owners in Woodland Park, and thousands of military households tied to Fort Carson, Peterson and Schriever Space Force Bases and the Air Force Academy. We are not affiliated with any of those installations; we just know that a move date or a deployment changes how a roofing job needs to be scheduled.
