Who does the roofing on jobs booked here?
Independent roofing contractors in the Colorado Springs area. We take the calls and book inspections; the contractors hire and run their own crews.
I run a roofing company. What do you send?
Booked inspection appointments with homeowners in El Paso County and Woodland Park who have a real roofing need, often hail or wind damage. We work with contractors who arrive on time, price honestly, pull permits and clean up.
What paperwork do contractors need?
Current contractor registration with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, a certificate of general liability insurance, workers' compensation where required, and a clean record on permitted work. Email hello@coloradospringsroofco.com with your company name, service area and certificate of insurance.
I want crew work. What roles come up?
Contractors we work with regularly need roofers for tear-off and shingle installation, installers experienced with standing-seam metal, flat-roof hands for TPO and EPDM, and estimators who can measure a roof and document hail damage accurately.
What do contractors look for in crew members?
Fall-protection habits on steep pitches, reliable transportation, your own basic hand tools, and willingness to work in Colorado sun and cold. Metal and membrane experience is a plus.
How do I get in touch?
Email hello@coloradospringsroofco.com with "Contractor" or "Crew" in the subject, a few lines on your experience, the towns you can reach and a phone number. A call to (719) 249-8261 works too. No resume is needed to start.
Is there a fee to be considered?
Never. If anyone asks you for money to be put on a list in our name, it is not us.
